1. ABOUT THESE TERMS

1.1 These Terms of Sale apply when you use our website dvicci.co (the "Website") to purchase products. By completing a purchase on our Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Sale in their entirety.

1.2 If you do not agree to these Terms of Sale, do not purchase from our Website.

3. ORDERS

3.1 Your order is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation email from us. No contract exists between us until that point.

3.2 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Product out of stock
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Pricing errors on our Website
  • Delivery address outside our delivery zones
  • Any order we believe is intended for commercial resale

3.3 In the event of cancellation, we will refund any payment already made.


4. PRICING

4.1 All prices are set at our sole discretion and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Please verify the price on the product page before completing your purchase.

4.3 All prices are displayed in GBP and are exclusive of any applicable local taxes or import duties.


5. PAYMENT

5.1 Full payment is required at the time of checkout.

5.2 You will become the owner of the goods only once full payment has been received and your order confirmed.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

6.1 All delivery timeframes are estimates only. DVICCI is not liable for any delays caused by:

  • International shipping carriers
  • Customs clearance processes
  • Natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or any events outside our control
  • Higher than anticipated order volumes

6.2 Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom — 3 to 7 business days
  • 🇪🇺 Europe — 5 to 10 business days
  • 🌍 Rest of the world — 5 to 15 business days

6.3 For international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are entirely your responsibility. DVICCI has no control over these charges and will not reimburse them.

6.4 DVICCI ships from multiple warehouse locations worldwide. Your order may arrive in separate packages.

6.5 Once your order has been dispatched, DVICCI is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages caused by the shipping carrier.

6.6 If a delivery is refused by the customer and returned to us, all return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund issued.


7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

⚠️ PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. BY PURCHASING FROM DVICCI YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING RETURN POLICY.

7.1 ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our business operations, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any of the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • The item does not fit as expected
  • The customer no longer wants the item
  • Items that have been worn or altered in any way
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Delayed delivery within the estimated timeframe

7.2 EXCEPTIONS — DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS ONLY

We will ONLY consider a return or refund in the following strictly limited cases:

  • The item received is materially defective upon arrival
  • The item received is significantly and materially different from what was described on our Website

7.3 DEFECTIVE ITEM PROCESS

To request a review for a defective item you MUST:

  • Contact us at contact@dvicci.co within 48 hours of delivery confirmation
  • Include your order number in the subject line
  • Provide a minimum of 3 clear photos showing the defect from multiple angles
  • Provide a written description of the defect

Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be considered under any circumstances.

7.4 RETURN SHIPPING

  • All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer
  • DVICCI will not provide prepaid return labels unless the item is confirmed defective by our team
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all original packaging

7.5 REFUND PROCESSING

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method only
  • DVICCI reserves the right to issue store credit instead of a cash refund at our sole discretion
  • We will not refund any original shipping costs

7.6 RIGHT TO REFUSE

DVICCI reserves the right to refuse any return that does not strictly comply with the conditions outlined above. No exceptions will be made.


8. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

8.1 If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us at contact@dvicci.co, we reserve the right to:

  • Permanently ban your account
  • Refuse any future orders from you
  • Dispute the chargeback with full documentation

8.2 We strongly encourage customers to contact us first before initiating any dispute. We will always do our best to resolve issues fairly and quickly.


9. COMMERCIAL RESALE

9.1 All products are sold for personal, non-commercial use only.

9.2 By purchasing from DVICCI, you agree not to resell our products for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9.3 We reserve the right to cancel any order we believe is intended for commercial resale without notice.


10. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

10.1 We make every effort to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate. However, slight variations in color may occur due to screen display differences.

10.2 These minor variations do not constitute grounds for a return or refund.


11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11.1 DVICCI is not responsible for:

  • Losses caused by events outside our control
  • Business losses of any kind
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
  • Losses caused by shipping carrier errors or delays
