Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with European consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order, without providing any reason.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • Free from any damage, marks, or alterations

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected in accordance with applicable law.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return under applicable law, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sealed items for hygiene reasons where the seal has been removed

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Every DVICCI product undergoes quality inspection before dispatch.

If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@dvicci.co for faster processing.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • At least 3 clear photos showing the issue
  • A short description of the problem

All claims are reviewed individually in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
